Abstract

Un método para la operación de un aparato para fase de lechada (10) incluye alimentar uno o más reactivos gaseosos a un cuerpo de lechada (37) de material sólido en partículas suspendido en un líquido de suspensión contenido en el interior de un recipiente (12). Dichos uno o más reactivos gaseosos son alimentados al cuerpo de la lechada (37) a través de un distribuidor de gases (14) que presenta bocas de salida de gas dirigidas en dirección descendente (32) y son alimentados hacia una partición impermeable a los fluidos (18) que cruza de lado a lado el recipiente (12) por debajo del distribuidor de gases (14). La partición (18) divide el recipiente (12) en un volumen de lechada (19) por encima de la partición (18) y un volumen de fondo (36) por debajo de la partición (18). Se mantiene una presión diferencial sobre la partición (18) entre límites predefinidos mediante la manipulación o la habilitación de cambios de presión en el volumen de fondo (36) merced al empleo de un conducto de transferencia de presión (34) que establece una comunicación de flujo o de presión entre el volumen de fondo (36) y un espacio de cabeza (40) por encima del cuerpo de la lechada (37).
