Abstract
El pellejo, piel o cuero curtidos se producen mediante el curtido no metálico, que comprende la etapa de curtido un pellejo, piel o cuero macerados con un agente de curtido (A), el agente de curtido (A) es al menos un compuesto de la fórmula (1), en donde X representa flúor, cloro y/o (+NR3)0-1 en donde R es un grupo alquilo C1-6 sustituido o un grupo alquilo C1-6 no sustituido, un grupo arilo C6-10 no sustituido o un grupo arilo C6-10 sustituido o un grupo heteroarilo C5-6; R1 representa hidrógeno, alquilo C1-8 o un radical alquilenoxi de la fórmula: -(-alquileno C2-3-O-)q-H; R2 representa ácido alquilensulfónico C2-8 sustituido o no sustituido, ácido alquilencarboxílico C2-8 sustituido o no sustituido o un radical alquilenoxi de la fórmula: -(-alquileno C2-3-O-)m-Y, o un radical alquilensulfonilalquilenoxi de la fórmula: -(alquileno C2-3-O)p-alquileno C2-3-SO2CH2CH2O-Y; m representa 1 ó 2; p representa 0 ó 1; q es de 1 a 10: Y representa hidrógeno o -SO3M; M representa hidrógeno o un catión de metal alcalino o un catión de amonio, el catión de amonio es una amina terciaria protonada o un catión de amonio cuaternario; en un baño de curtido, el baño de curtido tiene un pH de 6 a 10 en el comienzo de la etapa de curtido.
