Abstract

Se describe una protesis modular de cabeza de fémur, del tipo que comprende una parte de vástago (1) a ser colocado en la abertura medular de un fémur y una parte de cuello (2) con una superficie de alojamiento (25), siendo dicha parte de cuello fijable sobre una cara de apoyo (15) prevista en la zona extrema de la parte de vástago (1) mediante un elemento de union roscada (3), la cual se caracteriza porque comprende al menos un anillo intermedio independiente (4), el cual está dispuesto entre la cara de apoyo (15) de la parte de vástago (1) y la superficie de alojamiento (25) de la parte de cuello (2) y fijado mediante el elemento de union roscada, y estando la superficie de alojamiento (25) dispuesta en forma deprimida en una concavidad que aloja al anillo intermedio (4) en forma de cámara.
