Abstract

Envoltorio para un producto alimenticio que comprende: un cuerpo hueco (1) de material alimenticio y formado por un par de medias conchas (2, 4) con una apertura con un contorno ovoide, y selladas a lo largo de los contornos respectivos (6) de la apertura, y que incluye un accesorio u objeto sorpresa (S, 8), y un envoltorio (9) que cubre dicho cuerpo hueco (1) formado por un par de medias conchas de envoltorio (10, 12) de material laminado, donde cada media concha de envoltorio (10, 12) tiene una forma concordante con las respectivas medias conchas de material alimenticio (2, 4) y tiene una pestana (14, 16) respectiva, que rodea y se proyecta desde el contorno (6) de su apertura, y donde dichas medias conchas de envoltorio (10, 12) están conectadas de manera que no se pueden separar, mediante un ajuste de interferencia mutuo de dichas pestanas (14, 16), y dicho cuerpo hueco tiene una forma con simetría rotativa, aproximadamente, en el eje mayor de simetría de dicho contorno ovoide; el plano determinado por los contornos sellados de la apertura de dichas medias conchas de material alimenticio (2, 4) coincide sustancialmente con el plano de union de las mencionadas pestanas (14, 16). El envoltorio que cubre dicho cuerpo hueco (1) tiene medios de senalizacion (20, 22) que identifican en el envoltorio las áreas específicas de presion, donde la aplicacion de una presion causa la separacion de las medias conchas de envoltorio (10, 12) y de las medias conchas de material alimenticio (2, 4).
