Abstract
Se revelan un método y un aparato para realizar la transicion de estado de una unidad de transmision y recepcion inalámbrica (WTRU) que es compatible con el canal reservado mejorado (E-DCH) en el estado de CELL_FACH. Los datos de enlace ascendente se transmiten por medio de un E-DCH mientras que funciona en el estado CELL_FACH. Se recibe una senal de control de recurso de radio (RRC), que incluye un mensaje de reconfiguracion, mientras que a la WTRU se le asigna un recurso de E-DCH. Se realiza una reconfiguracion de los canales físicos de acuerdo con el mensaje de reconfiguracion de RRC. Se realiza la transicion a un estado CELL_DCH y los datos de enlace ascendente se transmiten en el estado CELL_DCH, por el E-DCH. Se presentan parámetros en sincronizacion y sin sincronizacion.
