Abstract
Soluciones de rehidratacion oral. Uso de estas soluciones para prevenir la deshidratacion debida a la fiebre. Las soluciones de rehidratacion oral comprenden entre aproximadamente 12 mEq/l y aproximadamente 18 mEq/I de sodio, entre aproximadamente 15g/l y aproximadamente 90 g/l de dextrosa, una fuente de cinc y menos de aproximadamente 25 mEq/I de citratos, donde la solucion de rehidratacion oral ha sido esterilizada por calor. Reivindicacion 5: La solucion de rehidratacion oral de la reivindicacion 1, caracterizada porque la solucion de rehidratacion oral ha sido esterilizada usando una esterilizacion en retorta, una esterilizacion aséptica o una esterilizacion de relleno caliente. Reivindicacion 9: La solucion de rehidratacion oral de la reivindicacion 1, caracterizada porque también comprende entre aproximadamente 10 mEq/l y aproximadamente 30 mEq/I de potasio y entre aproximadamente 30 mEq/I y aproximadamente 80 mEq/I de cloruro. Reivindicacion 10: La solucion de rehidratacion oral de la reivindicacion 1, caracterizada porque también comprende al menos un ingrediente seleccionado del grupo que consiste en los saborizantes, los colorantes, los preservantes, los excipientes, los agentes gelificantes, los oligosacáridos indigeribles, los aminoácidos, el calcio, las vitaminas, los suplementos dietarios y las combinaciones de éstos.
