Abstract

Reivindicacion 1: Una composicion farmacéutica compuesta por micropartículas recubiertas comprimibles que comprende: a) partículas de fármaco que comprenden un fármaco y/o una sal, éster, polimorfo o solvato del mismo farmacéuticamente aceptable, b) por lo menos una capa de membrana de liberacion modificada que comprende un material polimérico insoluble en agua dispuesto sobre nucleos que contienen el fármaco; y c) una capa de recubrimiento comprimible que comprende un edulcorante no polimérico. Reivindicacion 21: Una composicion de comprimido de desintegracion oral (ODT) o un comprimido de dispersion rápida (RDT) que comprende los nucleos que comprenden el fármaco con sabor enmascarado y/o recubrimiento de liberacion modificada de las reivindicaciones 1 o 10 que comprende: a) partículas de fármaco que comprenden una cantidad terapéuticamente efectiva de un fármaco y/o a sal, éster o solvato del mismo farmacéuticamente aceptable; b) una o mas membranas poliméricas, donde cada membrana comprende un polímero insoluble en agua u, opcionalmente, un material de mezcla polimérico insoluble en agua y gastrosoluble; c) un recubrimiento comprimible con un edulcorante no polimérico que se selecciona entre el grupo formado por sucralosa, lactitol, sorbitol, maltitol o una mezcla de los mismos, dispuesto sobre las partículas de fármaco con recubrimiento de liberacion modificada de la etapa (b); y d) gránulos de dispersion rápida que comprenden (i) un desintegrante y (ii) un alcohol de azucar, un sacárido, o una mezcla de los mismos, en una relacion entre aproximadamente 90:10 y aproximadamente 99:1.
