Abstract
Un proceso y un aparato para recuperar etano, etileno, propano, propileno y componentes hidrocarburos más pesados a partir de una corriente de gases de hidrocarburos. La corriente se enfría y luego se divide en una primera y segunda corriente. La primera corriente se enfría aun más para condensarse substancialmente casi por completo y luego se expande hasta la presion de la torre de fraccionamiento y se suministra a la torre de fraccionamiento en una posicion de alimentacion en la parte superior de la parte media de la columna. La segunda corriente se expande hasta la presion de la torre y se suministra a la columna en una posicion de alimentacion en la parte media de la columna. De la columna se extrae una corriente del vapor de destilacion por un nivel superior al del punto de alimentacion de la primera corriente se combina con una porcion de la corriente de vapor de cabeza de la torre, se comprime a mayor presion y se la pone en relacion de intercambio de calor con la corriente de vapor restante de la cabeza de la torre para enfriar a la corriente comprimida de vapores combinados y condensar por lo menos una parte de esta, formando una corriente condensada. Por lo menos una porcion de la corriente condensada se expande a la presion de la torre y se la dirige a la torre de fraccionamiento como su alimentacion por la parte superior. Las cantidades y las temperaturas de las alimentaciones a la torre de fraccionamiento son eficaces para mantener la temperatura de la cabeza de la torre de fraccionamiento a una temperatura tal que permita recuperar la porcion más importante de los componentes deseados.A process and an apparatus for recovering ethane, ethylene, propane, propylene and heavier hydrocarbon components from a stream of hydrocarbon gases. The stream is cooled and then divided into a first and second stream. The first stream is cooled further to condense substantially almost completely and then expands to the pressure of the fractionation tower and is supplied to the fractionation tower in a feed position at the top of the middle part of the column. The second stream expands to the pressure of the tower and is supplied to the column in a feeding position in the middle part of the column. A distillation steam stream is extracted from the column by a level higher than the first stream feed point, combined with a portion of the tower head steam stream, compressed at higher pressure and put into relationship of heat exchange with the remaining steam stream of the tower head to cool the compressed stream of combined vapors and condense at least a part of it, forming a condensed stream. At least a portion of the condensed current expands at the pressure of the tower and is directed to the fractionation tower as its feed from the top. The quantities and temperatures of the feeds to the fractionation tower are effective in maintaining the temperature of the head of the fractionation tower at a temperature such that it allows to recover the most important portion of the desired components.
