Abstract
Se describe un elemento de perfil de paredes delgadas, conformado en frío, en especial un perfil para obras o construcciones, por ejemplo un perfil portador para construcciones en seco, fachadas, revoques, solados, baldosas o azulejos o cables, o un riel para estanterías o para desagües. El elemento de perfil tiene un cuerpo perfilado que en especial es metálico o está hecho de material sintético y que se extiende en direccion longitudinal, y en el que se ha configurado una pluralidad de aberturas. El cuerpo del perfil comprende al menos dos secciones longitudinales que han sido configuradas por separado, comprendiendo cada seccion longitudinal un canto longitudinal configurado en forma de meandro. Las secciones longitudinales comprenden en cada caso una seccion que se extiende longitudinalmente así como una pluralidad de secciones de union que sobresalen lateralmente desde la seccion que se extiende longitudinalmente, las cuales secciones de union están bordeadas por los cantos longitudinales en forma de meandro. Las secciones de union de una de las secciones longitudinales están orientadas hacia las secciones de union de la otra seccion longitudinal y en cada caso están soldadas a tope con la misma o están unidas entre sí a lo largo de cantos de tope recurvados. Las aberturas están delimitadas al menos de a regiones por las secciones de los cantos longitudinales de forma de meandro. En las secciones longitudinales se han configurado nervios de rigidizacion que se extienden en la direccion longitudinal de las secciones longitudinales así como nervios de rigidizacion que se extienden transversalmente con respecto a las mismas, los nervios de rigidizacion que se extienden transversalmente están unidos a los nervios de rigidizacion que se extienden en direccion longitudinal, y los nervios de rigidizacion que se extienden transversalmente penetran en las secciones de union. Además, se describe un procedimiento para la produccion de un elemento de perfil de este tipo.
