Abstract

La presente solicitud se refiere a un método para fabricar un sustrato de multiples capas, el cual comprende los pasos de: (1) formar un sustrato portador; (2) depositar una capa formada por corriente de aire que comprende fibras naturales sobre la parte superior del sustrato portador; (3) humedecer la capa formada por corriente de aire con un suministro de agua a baja presion; (4) hidroentrelazar la capa formada por corriente de aire con el sustrato portador para formar un sustrato integrado. Otro aspecto de la presente solicitud consiste en la creacion de un sustrato de limpieza de baja densidad con un gramaje inferior a 100 gsm, el cual comprende por lo menos una capa de una malla portadora y por lo menos una capa que comprende un material celulosico formado por corriente de aire, las cuales están hidroentrelazadas entre sí para formar un sustrato integrado. El sustrato puede ser un pano previamente cargado, el cual es humedecido por un consumidor antes del uso o el cual es humedecido antes del envasado. La composicion cargada sobre el sustrato puede contener composiciones secas y/o líquidas, preferentemente para limpiar superficies duras o blandas.
