Abstract

Reivindicacion 1: Una nanodispersion estable que comprende nanopartículas que tienen un tamano promedio menor de 300 nm dispersadas en un vehículo que comprende un solvente miscible en agua y agua, comprendiendo dichas nanopartículas una o más drogas que tienen, un polímero y un surfactante que comprende una mezcla de ácidos grasos o sus sales y esterol o sus derivados o sus sales. Reivindicacion 2: Una nanodispersion en la forma reivindicada en la reivindicacion 1 en donde la droga se selecciona de un grupo que consiste de temsirolimus, tacrolimus, sirolimus, fenofibrato, ciclosporina, tacrolimus, brinzolamida o sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables.
