Abstract

Se divulgan métodos y un aparato para soportar senales de referencia para mediciones de posicionamiento. Los métodos incluyen configuracion de subtrama, estructuras de subtrama, oportunidades de medicion utilizando un conjunto de subtramas de enlace descendente que no son todas consecutivas, manejo de subtramas que contienen senales de referencia y senales de sistema como ser senales de sincronizacion, ocasiones de paginacion y servicio de difusion/multidifusion multimedia (MBMS), y senalizacion de control relacionado entre una red de evolucion a largo plazo (LTE) y una unidad inalámbrica de transmision/recepcion (WTRU). Además, se divulgan métodos para resolver conflictos de asignacion que surgen entre senales de referencia de posicionamiento y otras senales de referencia.
