Abstract

Se describen un recipiente y un recubrimiento para un recipiente que emplean canales de aire unicos para desviar el calor de una bebida caliente por medio de aire caliente que se escapa hacia arriba y hacia abajo. La superficie del recipiente y el recubrimiento incluye patrones elevados, patrones hundidos o una combinacion de ambos, los cuales están generalmente alineados en columnas sustancialmente verticales. El espacio entre las columnas define los canales de aire. Los canales de aire están sustancialmente ininterrumpidos y facilitan el escape hacia arriba y hacia abajo de aire caliente. Los patrones son aplicados, tal como mediante grabado en relieve y/o en bajo relieve, lo cual facilita la eficacia del material de fabricacion y, por lo tanto, reduce los costos en material y vertidos contaminantes.
