Abstract
La invencion se refiere a un procedimiento y un dispositivo para la provision de un flujo de vapor lo mas homogeneo posible a partir de una deshidrogenacion de alcano, con lo cual se realiza el procedimiento mediante el cual se hace circular un gas con contenido de carbono por tubos de reaccion rellenables con un catalizador, y se conducen los tubos de reaccion cerrados hacia afuera por un compartimiento de caldeo, el cual es calefaccionable por quemadores, y se regenera en forma cíclica el catalizador para la reaccion, con lo que la reaccion es endotérmica y la regeneracion del catalizador no es endotérmica, y los quemadores principales se reducen en su potencia durante la regeneracion del catalizador, con lo que se colocan quemadores auxiliares a la entrada del canal de gas de combustion para la posterior generacion de gas caliente de combustion, los cuales producen gas caliente adicional de combustion durante la regeneracion del catalizador, el cual se utiliza para la generacion de vapor lo más homogéneo posible a partir del calor de escape del proceso.
