Abstract

Se describe un proceso para preparar un precursor de catalizador que comprende en un primer paso de preparacion, impregnar un soporte de catalizador particulado con un compuesto organo metálico en un portador líquido. El metal del compuesto organo metálico es un componente de catalizador activo. Se forma un intermediario impregnado y se calcina para obtener un intermediario catalizador. Seguidamente en un segundo paso de calcinacion el intermediario calcinado del primer paso de calcinacion es impregnado con una sal de metal inorgánica en un portador líquido. La sal del metal inorgánica es un componente de catalizador activo. Se obtiene un soporte impregnado y se calcina para obtener el precursor de catalizador. Reivindicacion 16: Un proceso para preparar un catalizador caracterizado porque comprende reducir el precursor de catalizador obtenido mediante el proceso de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 15 inclusive, para obtener así el catalizador. Reivindicacion 17: Un proceso de síntesis de hidrocarburos caracterizado porque comprende preparar un catalizador usando el proceso de la reivindicacion 16 y, poner en contacto hidrogeno con monoxido de carbono a una temperatura por encima de 100°C y una presion de por lo menos 10 bares, con el catalizador así preparado, para producir hidrocarburos y opcionalmente, hidrocarburos oxigenados. Reivindicacion 21: Un proceso de hidrogenacion caracterizado porque comprende preparar un catalizador usando el proceso de la reivindicacion 16 y poner en contacto hidrogeno y un compuesto orgánico con el catalizador así preparado para hidrogenar el compuesto orgánico.
