Abstract

Reivindicacion 1: Un método para controlar plagas o aumentar la salud de una planta cultivada en comparacion con el respectivo control, caracterizado porque comprende la aplicacion de un plaguicida a una planta con al menos una modificacion, partes de dicha planta, material de propagacion vegetal o su locus de crecimiento, en donde el plaguicida se selecciona del grupo que consiste en fungicidas de estrobilurinas tales corno azoxistrobina, dimoxistrobina, fluoxastrobina, kresoxim-metilo, orisastrobina, piraclostrobina, piribencarb, trifloxistrobina, enestroburina, pirametostrobina; piraoxistrobina; coumoxistrobina; coumetoxistrobina, metominostrobina, metiléster del ácido 2-(orto-((2,5-dimetilfenil-oximetilen)fenil)-3-metoxi-acrílico, 2-(2-(3-(2,6-diclorofenil)-1-metil-alilidenaminooximetil)-fenil)-2-metoxiimino-N-metil-acetamida o de varios fungicidas tales como famoxadona, ciazofamid y fenamidona. Reivindicacion 4: El método de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 o 2, caracterizado porque la planta cultivada muestra por lo menos una de las siguientes propiedades: tolerancia a herbicidas, resistencia a insectos, resistencia fungica o resistencia viral o resistencia bacteriana, tolerancia al estrés, alteracion de la maduracion, modificacion del contenido de los productos químicos presentes en la planta cultivada, modificacion de la absorcion de nutrientes, resistencia a antibioticos y esterilidad del macho en comparacion con la correspondiente planta de control. Reivindicacion 23: Uso de un plaguicida como se define en la reivindicacion 1 o 2, caracterizado porque es para controlar plagas y/o aumentar la salud de las plantas de una planta transgénica en comparacion con el respectivo control.
