Abstract
Un comunicador portátil para operar un dispositivo de campo. El comunicador portátil está configurado para comunicarse con el dispositivo de campo a fin de configurar y/o analizar el rendimiento de un dispositivo de campo de una manera eficiente. En algunas realizaciones, el comunicador portátil incluye una interfaz de usuario intuitiva que le permite al usuario ejecutar un conjunto relativamente limitado de procedimientos preconfigurados en un dispositivo de campo.
