Abstract

Un proceso para la preparación de copolímeros con radicales al azar que comprende: a) al menos un ácido sulfónico con insaturaciones olefínicas de la fórmula (1) donde n es 0 a 10; X es NR5; R1 es H o metilo; R2, R3 de modo independiente entre sí son H o alquilo C1-6 y R5 es H, alquilo, arilo, alquilarilo, alcoxialquilo, ariloxialquilo, alcoxiarilo, hidroxialquilo, di-alquilaminoalquilo, di-alquilaminoarilo, di-arilaminoalquilo, alquilarilaminoalquilo o alquilarilaminoarilo, es posible que los radicales arilo estén monosustituido o polisustituidos, sus sales o mezclas de ácido y sales y b) al menos dos monómeros con insaturaciones olefínicas de la fórmula (2) estructuralmente diferentes donde Y es O o NR7; R5 es H o metilo; R6 es alquilo, hidroxialquilo, di-alquilaminoalquilo o di-alquilaminoarilo y R7 es H, alquilo, arilo, alquilarilo, arilalquilo, alcoxialquilo, ariloxialquilo, alcoxiarilo, hidroxialquilo, di-alquilaminoalquilo, di-alquilaminoarilo, di-arilaminoalquilo, alquilarilaminoalquilo o alquilarilaminoarilo, es posible que los radicales arilo estén monosustituido o polisustituidos, y c) si corresponde, uno o más monómeros con insaturaciones olefínicas que difieren estructuralmente de los componentes (a) y (b), d) al menos un iniciador se disuelven (i) en una mezcla de solventes que comprende agua y un solvente orgánico hidrosoluble con un punto de ebullición menor de 140sC o (ii) se disuelven en uno o más alcoholes puros por calentamiento, y se polimerizan, en solución, donde el polímero formado permanece en solución. Los copolímeros que se pueden obtener por el proceso son adecuados como adyuvantes de la formulación en las composiciones de sustancia activa agroquímica.
