Abstract

Un dispositivo de brida que se utiliza para conectar la descarga de un artefacto sanitario al cano de descarga de un sistema de drenaje. En una realización, el dispositivo de brida incluye una brida y un manguito flexible dispuesto a través de una abertura central de la brida, estando una primera porción del manguito flexible asentada en la brida. El dispositivo incluye además porciones de brazo, cada una con una abertura que la atraviesa. Las superficies de las aberturas son sustancialmente lisas y las aberturas se utilizan para recibir sujetadores. En una realización, las porciones de brazo pueden estar fabricadas de materiales roscables y los sujetadores pueden comprender tornillos formadores de rosca tales que se forman roscas en las porciones de brazos cuando se recibe el tornillo formador de rosca en la abertura de las porciones de brazo.
