Abstract

Se proveen métodos para aumentar el rendimiento, biomasa, tasa de crecimiento, vigor, contenido de aceite, tolerancia al estrés abiotico y/o eficacia en el uso de nitrogeno de una planta mediante la expresion dentro de la planta de un polinucleotido exogeno, que comprende una secuencia de ácido nucleico que es al menos el 80 % idéntica al NR ID DE SEC: 905, 882, 1-12, 15-105, 203-297, 299-523, 845-881, 883-904, 906-925 o 933; o un polinucleotido exogeno que codifica un polipéptido que es al menos 80% idéntico al NR ID DE SEC: 172, 146, 106-117, 120-145. 147-171, 173-202, 524-616, 621-844, 926-931 o 932. También se provee un polinucleotido aislado que comprende una secuencia de ácido nucleico seleccionada del grupo formado por los NRs ID DE SEC: 905, 882, 1-13, 15-105, 203-523, 845-881, 883-904, 906-925 y 933, que puede ser utilizado para aumentar el rendimiento, biomasa, tasa de crecimiento, vigor, contenido de aceite, tolerancia al estrés abiotico y/o eficacia en el uso de nitrogeno de una planta.
