Abstract
Reivindicacion 1: Compuestos de formula (1) en la que R1 representa alquilo C1-6 lineal o ramificado sustituido con uno o varios grupos COOR3 o NR4R5, en los que R3 representa un átomo de H o alquilo C1-6 lineal o ramificado; R4 representa un grupo COOR'3 o alquilo C1-6 lineal o ramificado sustituido con un grupo COOR'3 en el que R'3 representa un átomo de H o alquilo C1-6 lineal o ramificado; R5 representa alquilo C1-6 lineal o ramificado sustituido con un grupo fenilo no sustituido o sustituido con 1 a 3 grupos alquilo C1-6 lineal o ramificado, alcoxi C1-6 lineal o ramificado, polihaloalquilo C1-6 lineal o ramificado o átomos de halogeno; R2 representa un grupo fenilo no sustituido o sustituido con uno o varios grupos alquilo C1- 6 lineal o ramificado, alcoxi C1-6 lineal o ramificado, polihaloalquilo C1-6 lineal o ramificado o átomos de halogeno, n vale 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 u 8, sus enantiomeros y diastereoisomeros así como sus sales de adicion a un ácido o a una base aceptables farmacéuticamente.Claim 1: Compounds of formula (1) wherein R1 represents linear or branched C1-6 alkyl substituted with one or more COOR3 or NR4R5 groups, wherein R3 represents a linear or branched C1-6 alkyl or H atom; R4 represents a linear or branched COOR'3 or C1-6 alkyl group substituted with a COOR'3 group in which R'3 represents a linear or branched C1-6 alkyl or H atom; R5 represents linear or branched C1-6 alkyl substituted with a phenyl group unsubstituted or substituted with 1 to 3 linear or branched C1-6 alkyl groups, linear or branched C1-6 alkoxy, linear or branched C1-6 polyhaloalkyl or halogen atoms ; R2 represents a phenyl group unsubstituted or substituted with one or more linear or branched C1-6 alkyl, linear or branched C1-6 alkoxy, linear or branched C1-6 polyhaloalkyl or halogen atoms groups, worth 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8, their enantiomers and diastereoisomers as well as their addition salts to a pharmaceutically acceptable acid or base.
