Abstract

La presente brinda un precursor de bebida que comprende material de té y aditivo de calidad alimenticia, donde el precursor de bebida está presente en una cantidad en la cual el contacto del precursor de bebida con 250 ml de agua durante 2 minutos a 90°C produce una bebida que comprende catequinas en una cantidad que oscila entre 0,05% y 2% en peso de la bebida. La presente también brinda un procedimiento para fabricar un precursor de bebida, que consiste en macerar la hoja y/o el tallo de té con una máquina rotorvane y al menos un procedimiento CTC.
