Abstract
Se describe un sistema de control del vaciamiento en circuitos de refrigeracion, un método de control de un sistema de refrigeracion y un sistema de refrigeracion propiamente dicho que puede incluir, por ejemplo, desde un refrigerador doméstico hasta un sistema de aire acondicionado. Particularmente, la presente busca una solucion para la pérdida de eficiencia en la válvula de expansion (17) cuando la carga del sistema varía haciendo que la válvula de la expansion (17) opere por debajo de su capacidad nominal y, por consiguiente, con baja eficiencia. Una de las maneras de concretar los objetivos de la presente es a través de un sistema de control del vaciamiento en circuitos de refrigeracion que comprende un compresor hermético conectado directamente a un circuito cerrado (20). El circuito cerrado (20) comprende un condensador (11), un evaporador (12) y un dispositivo de expansion de fluido (17); el circuito cerrado (20) está prellenado con un fluido; el dispositivo de expansion de fluido (17) presenta una capacidad nominal de expansion y está ubicado entre el evaporador (12) y el condensador (11); el compresor hermético (10) promueve un flujo de fluido dentro del circuito cerrado (20); el circuito cerrado (20) presenta una capacidad nominal de vaciamiento del circuito. Adicionalmente, el sistema comprende una válvula de control de flujo (15) que está ubicada entre una salida del condensador (11) y una entrada del dispositivo de expansion de fluido (17); la válvula de control de flujo (15) es modulada para que el fluido que pasa por el dispositivo de expansion de fluido (17) esté siempre substancialmente en la capacidad nominal de expansion. También se describe un método de control de un sistema de refrigeracion.
