Abstract

Una estructura arquitectonica comprende una estructura de columna nucleo y estructuras de plataforma verticalmente espaciadas una de otra, soportadas por la estructura de columnas. Las estructuras de plataforma se rellenan con tierra para formar terrenos. Un sistema de reticulacion de agua se dispone a través de los terrenos desde un sistema central de suministro de agua. Los terrenos van provistos de medios para instalaciones y servicios. Las viviendas se construyen sobre los terrenos. El concepto arquitectonico provee los beneficios combinados de una casa individual con terreno y un departamento en un edificio de gran altura, a la vez que evita las limitaciones de ambos.
