Abstract
La descripcion se refiere al control de la contaminacion del aire, y de manera más específica a un aparato para redirigir el flujo de fluido en una cámara de sobrepresion para mejorar el desempeno del flujo y, por lo tanto, mejorar el control de la contaminacion del aire, especialmente en la reduccion de NOx catalítico selectivo; el aparato emplea un arreglo de cuchillas planas montadas a un ángulo con respecto al flujo de fluido de entrada (corriente arriba), de manera que las cuchillas quedan inclinadas con respecto a ese flujo y de manera correspondiente redirigen el flujo en una direccion deseada; el aparato, el cual también se puede denominar como un ôGSGö o ôrejilla tensora graduadaö tiene un rango de aplicaciones y ofrece un numero de ventajas de rendimiento, estructurales y economicas en aplicaciones a gran escala; como un ejemplo particular, pero no limitativo, una o más modalidades del aparato de redireccion de flujo aquí ensenadas se configuran para uso en reactores catalíticos selectivos (SCR), tal como se utilizan para la depuracion de gases de escape industriales.
