Un procedimiento de limpieza ácida en la industria cervecera, y en particular un procedimiento mejorado de limpieza ácida de los diversos materiales utilizados para la fabricacion de la cerveza y otras bebidas fermentadas análogas, por utilizacion de una formulacion que comprende al menos un ácido alcanosulfonico.
