Abstract
Se revela un método y aparato para la operacion de reporte rápido de confirmacion positiva (ACK)/ confirmacion negativa (NACK) (FANR) en base al tiempo con enlace ascendente de servicio general de radio por paquetes mejorado 2 (HUGE). Una unidad de transmision/recepcion inalámbrica (WTRU) se configura para que la operacion del FANR con enlace descendente y una transmision con enlace ascendente del modo EGPRS-2 no estén en conflicto. Un esquema de modulacion y codificacion (MCS) para el modo EGPRS-2 puede estar limitado a un MCS que contiene a lo mucho dos bloques de datos de RLC. De manera alternativa, se pueden utilizar tres o más bits de ACK/NACK concatenado (PAN) para una operacion del FANR basada en el tiempo si se configura un modo EGPRS-2. De manera alternativa, por lo menos un bit de PAN puede indicar una ACK/NACK para un grupo de bloques de datos de RLC. El numero de bits de PAN para una operacion del FANR basada en el tiempo puede ser configurado por la red. La operacion del FANR con enlace descendente puede ser conmutada de forma dinámica entre la base en tiempo y en base al SSN.
