Abstract

Guantes de látex flexibles, delgados, robustos y livianos que tienen áreas reforzadas correspondientes a áreas de gran estiramiento y/o movimiento. Los guantes comprenden un forro tejido que tiene una pluralidad de puntos que son de un primer hilo que tiene un denier de 221 o menos, donde dicho forro tejido comprende una pluralidad de componentes de dedos, un componente de pulgar y un componente de palma de la mano; y al menos una seccion reforzada ubicada en la base de al menos un componente de dedo, en la base del componente de pulgar, en el componente de la palma de la mano o combinaciones de los mismos, y un recubrimiento de látex polimérico. Las secciones reforzadas se pueden formar por trenzado, usando hilo de un denier más pesado, y/o se pueden formar con puntos Jacquard o transferidos. El forro se puede tejer usando un hilo de Nylon 66 multifilamento de 70 a 221 denier, También se proveen métodos para confeccionar y usar los guantes.
