Abstract

Procedimiento que permite transportar, por fluidificacion potencial, un material pulverulento, en el que se instala un dispositivo entre la zona de alimentacion y la zona que ha de alimentarse, el correspondiente dispositivo comprende por lo menos un transportador sustancialmente horizontal llamado ôconducto aéreoö que comprende un canal inferior destinado a la circulacion de un gas y un canal superior destinado a la circulacion del material pulverulento, el correspondiente canal inferior y el correspondiente canal superior están separados por una pared porosa que puede ser atravesada por el correspondiente gas, procedimiento en el que el canal superior se llena con el correspondiente material pulverulento y el canal inferior se alimenta con gas cuya presion permite la fluidificacion potencial del correspondiente material pulverulento en el correspondiente canal superior, el correspondiente canal superior está provisto de por lo menos una torre de equilibrio. En este procedimiento se determina previamente la velocidad mínima de formacion de burbuja que corresponde al vacío máximo y se fija la presion de fluidificacion a un valor tal que la velocidad de fluidificacion del correspondiente gas está comprendida entre 0,8 y 1,5 veces la correspondiente velocidad mínima de formacion de burbuja, preferentemente entre 0,9 y 1,3 veces la correspondiente velocidad mínima de formacion de burbuja.
