Abstract
Un método y aparato para implementar la movilidad de modo conectado e inactivo a y desde un Nodo-Bs (HNBs) evolucionado de Hogar en un entorno inalámbrico. Los métodos para implementar una carga diferenciada cuando se acceden a las HNBs, así comolos criterios utilizados para tomar una decision de reseleccion de celda cuando se detecta una HNB, criterios para tomar una decision de transferencia o pase y métodos para indicar la carga y otras políticas/preferencias y configuraciones a unaunidad de recepcion/transmision inalámbrica (WTRU).
