Abstract
Una composicion inmunogénica, que comprende un polipéptido quimérico codificado por una molécula portadora que contiene una secuencia polinucleotídica, en donde dicha secuencia polinucleotídica comprende una secuencia que codifica una parte de unaglicoproteína que contiene por lo menos el sitio III de la glicoproteína de lyssavirus; polipéptidos, la molécula portadora, un método para la preparacion in vitro o in vivo de un polipéptido quimérico. Reivindicacion 8: La composicion inmunogénicade acuerdo con las reivindicaciones 1 a 7, caracterizado porque dicha secuencia polinucleotidica contenida en la molécula portadora comprende: a) una secuencia que codifica una secuencia de sitio II de una glicoproteína de un lyssavirus; b) unasecuencia que codifica una secuencia de sitio III de una glicoproteína de un lyssavirus; c) un dominio de transmembrana de una proteína de transmembrana; y d) un dominio citoplásmico de una proteína de transmembrana.
