Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a una solucion acuosa tamizada semifluida que comprende fibras de beta-glucano y una cantidad suficiente de al menos un depresor de viscosidad elegido por el grupo constituido por las maltodextrinas que tienen un DEmáximo de 18, la goma de guar al menos parcialmente hidrolizada, la inulina y los fructooligosacáridos. La invencion también tiene por objeto un procedimiento para preparar la solucion acuosa terminada que comprende una etapa de enfriamiento lentode una dispersion terminada que comprende agua, al menos un depresor de viscosidad y fibras de Beta-glucano, bajo corte. La invencion se refiere por ultimo a la utilizacion de tal solucion acuosa terminada en un producto alimenticio.
