Abstract

Un congelador discontinuo para productos alimenticios congelados comprende: un cilindro del congelador, un amortiguador disenado para impulsar el producto hacia un puerto de descarga del cilindro, y una unidad de refrigeracion arreglada para enfriar el cilindro, en donde el puerto de descarga puede estar selectivamente conectado a un tubo de limpieza dirigido desde el puerto de descarga dentro de la cobertura del congelador discontinuo.
