Abstract

Other additives in the slurry may include accelerators, binders, starch, and paper fibers, glass fibers, and other known ingredients. The present also includes the products containing plaster made with said grouts, for example, plasterboard, and a method for making plaster lacquers. Claim 15: A method of making plasterboard, characterized in that it comprises the steps of: (a) mixing a grout containing gypsum comprising water, stucco, sodium trimetaphosphate, and a naphthalenesulfonate dispersant, where sodium trimetaphosphate is present in an amount of at least about 0.12% by weight based on the weight of stucco; (b) deposit the grout containing plaster on a first sheet of coating; (c) placing a second coating sheet on the deposited slurry to form a plasterboard; (d) cut the plasterboard once the grout containing plaster has hardened enough to be cut; and (e) dry the plasterboard.
