Abstract

Procedimiento para preparar un lingote de detergente solido moldeado de multiple fases capaz de ser cortado en una pluralidad de barras que comprende los pasos que se detallan a continuacion: (i) colocar una insercion rígida dentro de un molde alargado rígido, donde la insercion es substancialmente coexistente con el molde, a fin de definir una cavidad en el molde alargado; (ii) llenar la cavidad con la masa fundida de una composicion detergente; (iii) enfriar la composicion detergente para promover la solidificacion de la masa fundida; y (iv) expulsar el lingote de detergente solido del molde alargado.
