Abstract
Método para formular una composicion oral con un agente antimicrobiano para obtener eliminacion de gérmenes y sabor agradable, que comprende a) establecer el valor de potencial de eliminacion de gérmenes blanco (P); b) seleccionar un agente antimicrobiano segun la calificacion de lo gérmenes, el factor Q del agente, que es 1 cuado libera la totalidad del agente en un tiempo fijo, y la masa de la composicion; c) formular usando al menos un agente antimicrobiano. El paso a) comprende ajustar el factor Q al potencial de eliminacion de gérmenes blanco. El potencial de eliminacion de gérmenes preliminar es: P(preliminar) = (Y S n=1 concentracion n X Rn) X Masa en donde R es la calificacion de los gérmenes y Y es la cantidad de agentes. El agente antimicrobiano comprende al menos un aceite esencial seleccionado entre mentol, eucaliptol, timol, esencia de canela, menta y menta verde. Se aplica para composiciones de confitería, como ser chicles.
