Abstract
Se refiere a compuesto (3S,4R)-3,4-dihidro-4-(2,3-dihidro-2-metil-3-oxopiridazin-6-il)oxi-3-hidroxi-6-(3-hidroxifenil)sulfonil-2,2,3-trimietl-2H-benzo[b]pirano y su uso para promover el crecimiento de pelo y aliviar la alopecia. Reivindicacion 1: Uso de un compuesto de formula (1), una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo, o un solvato del mismo, en la fabricacion de un medicamento para alopecia. Reivindicacion 7: Una formulacion topica que comprende un compuesto de formula (1); una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo, o un solvato del mismo, en mezcla con al menos un vehículo topico farmacéuticamente aceptable. Reivindicacion 8: Un artículo de fabricacion que comprende una formulacion farmacéutica segun la reivindicacion 7 envasada para la distribucion al por menor, en asociacion con instrucciones que explican como usar dicha formulacion para tratar alopecia.
