Abstract
La presente describe un procedimiento de obtencion de zeolitas más resistentes a la calcinacion en presencia de vapor de agua a altas temperaturas, condicion característica presente durante la regeneracion del catalizador en el procedimiento de craqueo catalítico fluido (FCC). La presente se aplica a zeolitas con alta relacion sílice-alumina, como por ejemplo la zeolita ZSM-5, las cuales son capaces de craquear solamente moléculas de hidrocarburos simple, de cadena normal o levemente ramificada, y aumentar considerablemente los rendimientos de olefinas y GLP. Mediante la combinacion de pre-calcinacion blanda y deposicion de fosforo, se obtiene una zeolita que presenta mayor actividad catalítica que las zeolitas no tratadas o tratadas por otros procedimientos del estado de la técnica.
