Abstract
Un método para controlar la temperatura de una reaccion exotérmica con produccion simultánea de vapor está basado en el uso de intercambiadores de calor (5a) atravesados por un líquido de recirculacion a lo largo de un camino interno extendido entre la abertura de entrada para el líquido de recirculacion y una abertura de salida (5f), el líquido de recirculacion viniendo desde un tambor de vapor (10) para la separacion del vapor producido y siendo alimentado a dicha abertura de entrada a lo largo de un camino externo a los intercambiadores de calor, el vapor producido siendo integrado en la forma de un flujo de líquido adicional que es mezclado al menos en parte con el líquido de circulacion que fluye a lo largo del camino externo. Reivindicacion 9: Reactor químico para llevar a cabo reacciones exotérmicas en condiciones pseudo-isotérmicas del tipo que comprende una carcasa cilíndrica (2), cerrada en extremos opuestos mediante un fondo superior (3) y un fondo inferior (4), respectivamente, un espacio de reaccion (6) definido dentro de dicha carcasa cilíndrica (2) en la cual posicionada una pluralidad (5) de intercambiadores de calor (5a) en comunicacion de fluido con un tambor de vapor (10), siendo definido un camino (8, 18, 28) externo a dichos intercambiadores de calor (5a) entre dicho tambor de vapor (10) y una abertura de entrada (5h) de dichos intercambiadores (5a) para la recirculacion a dichos intercambiadores de un fluido operativo de intercambio de calor que comprende un líquido hirviente, caracterizado en que además un conducto (7, 7a) conectado a dicho camino externo (8, 18, 28) para la alimentacion de un flujo de líquido adicional dentro de dicho fluido operativo de intercambio de calor de recirculacion.
