Abstract

Una centrífuga de rotor helicoidal de camisa imperforada, la cual comprende: un cuerpo de rotor (3); al menos una paleta helicoidal principal que circunda multiples veces al cuerpo de rotor (3), la cual conforma varias espiras helicoidales (X1, X2, X.....), estando en la pista de transporte (7) dispuestos en tramos segmentos adicionales de paleta (27, 29) con escotaduras (31), las cuales están conformadas de manera que las mismas permiten la circulacion del producto a centrifugar (s) entre espiras helicoidales vecinas (X, X+1, ...) estando los segmentos de paleta (27, 29) dispuestos solamente en dos espiras helicoidales (X5, X6) en la pista de transporte (7), y estando una parte de los segmentos de paleta (27) orientados en la primera espira helicoidal (X6) orientada en forma girada hacia delante y estando otra parte de los segmentos de paleta (29) en la siguiente espira helicoidal que continua directamente de la primera espira en direccion axial, dispuesta en forma paralela con respecto a la paleta helicoidal principal (5).
