Abstract

Reivindicacion 1: Un método para combatir plagas animales caracterizado porque comprende poner en contacto las plagas animales, su hábitat, suelo nutriente, suministro de comida, planta, semilla, suelo, área, material o medio ambiente en donde las plagas animales crecen o pueden crecer, o te o los materiales, plantas, semillas, suelos, superficies o espacios por proteger de un ataque o infestacion de animales con una cantidad de eficacia pesticida de al menos un compuesto de cianobenceno de la formula (1) y/o al menos una de sus sales aceptables en agricultura, donde m es 0, 1 o 2; A es un radical de las formulas N=CR5R6, N=SR7R8, NR10-C(X)-R9, donde X es O, S o NR11, o A es un heterociclo unido a N de 5, 6 o 7 miembros, que es etilénicamente insaturado o aromático, y que adicionalmente puede contener 1, 2 o 3 heteroátomos más o grupos de heteroátomos, seleccionados de O, S, SO, SO2, N, y NR12 y/o 1, 2 o 3 grupos carbonilo como miembros del anillo y pueden llevar 1, 2, 3 o 4 radicales R13, R1 es hidrogeno, nitro, ciano, azido, amino, halogeno, sulfenilamino, sulfinilamino, sulfonilamino, C(=O)R14, alquilo C1-6, alquenilo C2-6, alquinilo C2-6, cicloalquilo C3-8, alcoxi C1-6, (alquil C1-6)amino, di(alquil C1-6)amino, alquil C1-6-tio, alquil C1-6-sulfinilo, o alquil C1-6-sulfonilo, en donde los ultimos diez radicales mencionados pueden no estar sustituidos, pueden estar parcial o totalmente halogenados y/o pueden llevar 1, 2 o 3 radicales seleccionados del grupo que consiste en ciano, nitro, amino, alcoxi C1-4, alquil C1-4-tio, alquil C1-4-sulfinilo, alquil C1-4-sulfonilo, haloalcoxi C1-4, haloalquil C1-4-tio, (alcoxi C1-4)carbonilo. (alquil C1-4)amino, di(alquil C1-4)amino, cicloalquilo C3-8 y fenilo, siendo posible que el fenilo no esté sustituido, esté parcial o totalmente halogenado y/o que lleve 1, 2 6 3 sustituyentes seleccionados, de forma independiente entre sí, del grupo que consiste en alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4 y haloalcoxi C1-4; R2, R3 y R4 están seleccionados, de modo independiente entre sí, del grupo que consiste en hidrogeno, halogeno, ciano, azido, nitro, alquilo C1-6, cicloalquilo C3-8, haloalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4, alquil C1-4-tio, alquil C1-4- sulfinilo, alquil C1-4-sulfonilo, haloalcoxi C1-4, haloalquil C1-4-tio, alquenilo C2-6, alquinilo C2-6, amino, (alquil C1-4)amino, di(alquil C1-4)amino, sulfonilamino, sulfinilamino, sulfenilamino y C(=O)-R15; R5 es H, OR5a, NR5bR5c, arilo, aril- alquilo C1-4, heteroarilo, heteroaril-alquilo C1-4, heterociclilo, heterociclil-alquilo C1-4, alquilo C1-10, cicloalquilo C3-10, alquil C1-10-tio, alquil C1-10sulfonilo, alquil C1-10-sulfinilo, en donde los ultimos cinco radicales mencionados pueden no estar sustituidos, pueden estar parcial o totalmente halogenados y/o pueden llevar 1, 2 o 3 radicales seleccionados, de modo independiente entre sí, del grupo que consiste en ciano, nitro, amino, alcoxi C1-10, alquil C1-10-tio, alquil C1-10- sulfinilo, alquil C1-10-sulfonilo, haloalcoxi C1-10, haloalquil C1-10-tio, alcoxi C1-10-carbonilo, (alquil C1-10)amino, di-(alquil C1-10)amino, cicloalquilo C3-10 y fenilo, siendo posible que el fenilo no esté sustituido, esté parcial o totalmente halogenado y/o que lleve 1, 2 o 3 sustituyentes seleccionados, de forma independiente entre sí, del grupo que consiste en alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4 y haloalcoxi C1-4 en donde R5a es alquilo C1-10, cicloalquilo C3-10, alquenilo C2- 10, alquinilo C2-10, arilo, aril-alquilo C1-4, heteroarilo o heteroaril-alquilo C1-4, heterociclilo o heterociclil-alquilo C1-4; R5b, R5c están seleccionados, de modo independiente entre sí, de hidrogeno, alquilo C1-10, cicloalquilo C3-10, alquenilo C2-10, alquinilo C2-10, arilo, aril-alquilo C1-4, heteroarilo y heteroaril-alquilo C1-4, heterociclilo o heterociclil-alquilo C1-4; en donde el radical heteroarilo en heteroarilo y heteroaril-alquilo C1-4 de R5, R5a, R5b y R5c tiene 5 o 6 miembros y contiene 1, 2, 3 o 4 heteroátomos y/o grupos de heteroátomos, seleccionados de O, S, SO, SO2, N o NRa, como miembros del anillo, siendo Ra hidrogeno o alquilo C1-6; en donde el radical heterociclilo en heterociclilo y heterociclil-alquilo C1-4 de R5, R5a, R5b y R5c tiene 3 a 7 miembros, está saturado o parcialmente insaturado y contiene 1, 2, 3 o 4 heteroátomos y/o grupos de heteroátomos, seleccionados de O, S, SO, SO2, N o NRb, como miembros del anillo, siendo Rb hidrogeno o alquilo C1-6, y adicionalmente puede contener 1, 2 o 3 grupos CO como miembros del anillo; y en donde los átomos de carbono de los restos de arilo, hetarilo y heterociclilo en R5, R5a, R5b y R5c pueden no estar sustituidos o pueden llevar 1, 2 o 3 sustituyentes seleccionados, de forma independiente entre sí, del grupo que consiste en halogeno, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4 y haloalcoxi C1-4; R6 tiene, de modo independiente, uno de los significados dados para R5; R7, R8, están seleccionados, de modo independiente entre sí, de arilo, aril-alquilo C1-4, heteroarilo, heteroaril-alquilo C1-4, heterociclilo, heterociclil-alquilo C1-4, alquilo C1-10, cicloalquilo C3-10, alquenilo C2-10 y alquinilo C2-10, en donde los ultimos cuatro radicales mencionados pueden no estar sustituidos, pueden estar parcial o totalmente halogenados y/o pueden llevar 1, 2 o 3 radicales seleccionados, de modo independiente entre sí, del grupo que consiste en ciano, nitro, amino, alcoxi C1-10, alquil C1-10tio, alquil C1-10-sulfinilo, alquil C1-10-sulfonilo, haloalcoxi C1-10, haloalquil C1-10-tio; alcoxi C1-10,-carbonilo, (alquil C1-10)amino, di-(alquil C1-10)amino, cicloalquilo C3-10 y fenilo, siendo posible que el fenilo no esté sustituido, esté parcial o totalmente halogenado y/o que lleve 1, 2 o 3 sustituyentes seleccionados, de forma independiente entre sí, del grupo que consiste en alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4 y haloalcoxi C1-4; o R7 y R8 junto con el átomo de azufre al que están unidos, forman un anillo saturado o etilénicamente insaturado de 5 a 10 miembros, opcionalmente sustituido con 1, 2, 3 o 4 radicales seleccionados de alquilo C1-5 y halogeno, en donde el anillo puede contener, además del átomo de azufre, 1, 2 o 3 heteroátomos y/o grupos con heteroátomos como miembros del anillo seleccionados del grupo que consiste en nitrogeno, oxígeno, azufre, CO, SO, SO2 y N-R17; en donde el radical heteroarilo en heteroarilo y heteroaril-alquilo C1-4 de R7 y R8 tiene 5 o 6 miembros y contiene 1, 2, 3 o 4 heteroátomos y/o grupos de heteroátomos, seleccionados de O, S, SO, SO2, N o NRc, como miembros del anillo, siendo Rc hidrogeno o alquilo C1-6, en donde el radical heterociclilo en heterociclilo y heterociclil- alquilo C1-4 de R7 y R8 tiene 3 a 7 miembros, está saturado o parcialmente insaturado y contiene 1, 2, 3 o 4 heteroátomos y/o grupos de heteroátomos, seleccionados de O, S, SO, SO2, N o NRd, como miembros del anillo, siendo Rd hidrogeno o alquilo C1- 6, y adicionalmente puede contener 1, 2 o 3 grupos CO como miembros del anillo, y en donde los átomos de carbono de arilo, hetarilo y heterociclilo en R7 y R8 pueden no estar sustituidos o pueden llevar 1, 2 o 3 sustituyentes seleccionados, de forma independiente entre sí, del grupo que consiste en halogeno, alquilo C1-4, haloalquilo C1-4, alcoxi C1-4 y haloalcoxi C1-4;
