Abstract

Preparacion farmacéutica adhesiva que cause menos irritacion a la superficie de la piel, mantenga una excelente estabilidad del bisoprolol en la preparacion y permita la administracion continua de una cantidad con eficacia farmacologica de bisoprolol en el organismo vivo. La preparacion adhesiva 10 comprende un soporte 1, una capa adhesiva 2 laminada sobre una superficie el soporte 1. La capa adhesiva 2 se caracteriza porque contiene bisoprolol, poliisobutileno, promotor de la pegajosidad, al igual que un ingrediente orgánico líquido compatible con el poliisobutileno y el promotor de la pegajosidad. De esta manera, se puede proporcionar una preparacion farmacéutica adhesiva que tiene buenas propiedades adhesivas, que provoca menos irritacion de la piel, que prácticamente no causa dolor en el momento del desprendimiento o retiro de la superficie de la piel y que no deja pasta. Del mismo modo, el bisoprolol se mantiene de manera altamente estable en la preparacion y se puede administrar en forma continua una cantidad con eficacia farmacologica de bisoprolol en el organismo vivo a través de la superficie de la piel.
