Abstract

Secuencias de ácidos nucleicos que codifican proteínas que están asociadas con las respuestas al estrés abiotico y a la tolerancia al estrés abiotico en plantas. También células vegetales transformadas con actividad metabolica alterada en comparacion con una correspondiente célula vegetal de tipo salvaje no transformada, en donde la actividad metabolica se altera por transformacion con un ácido nucleico codificador de una proteína relacionada con estrés (SRP) y que da como resultado un aumento de la tolerancia y/o la resistencia a un estrés ambiental en comparacion con la correspondiente célula vegetal de tipo salvaje no transformada.
