Abstract
Una aleacion de base níquel resistente al desgaste y a la oxidacion, que muestra resistencia al agrietamiento térmico en ambientes de alto esfuerzo a alta temperatura, que comprende, en porcentajes en peso en base al peso total de la aleacion: entre 53 y 67% de níquel; entre 20 y 26% de cromo; y entre 12 y 18% de tungsteno. La aleacion comprende además opcionalmente. en porcentajes en peso en base al peso total de la aleacion, por lo menos uno de: hasta 3% de cobalto; hasta 3% de molibdeno; hasta 6% de hierro; entre 0,1 y 0,5% de manganeso; entre 0,1 y 0,7% de silicio; entre 0,1 y 0,6% de aluminio; y menos del 0,05% de carbono. También se proveen componentes de un aparato para la fabricacion de tubo sin costuras que se fabrican con la aleacion. Los componentes pueden ser, por ejemplo, herramientas para, uno de: una laminadora perforadora, una trefiladora, y un expansor rotatorio, como por ejemplo puntas perforadoras, zapatas de guía para laminadora perforadora, zapatas de guía para expansor rotatorio, zapatas de guía para enderezadora, y perforadores para trefiladora.
