Abstract
El presente trabajo se refiere a la clonación del gen Vat que interviene en la resistencia al pulgón Aphis gossypii y/o en la transmisión viral por dicho pulgón, así como a la identificación de nuevos marcadores de este gen. Reivindicación 1: Polinucleótido aislado elegido entre: a) un polinucleótido que codifique para un polipéptido que contribuya a la resistencia al pulgón Aphis gossypii y/o a la transmisión viral por dicho pulgón, poseyendo ese polipéptido al menos un 80%, preferentemente al menos un 90% y con total preferencia al menos un 95% de identidad con el polipéptido SEQ ID NO: 3; b) un polinucleótido complementario al polinucleótido a); c) un polinucleótido capaz de hibridarse selectivamente, en condiciones restrictivas, con el polinucleótido a9 o el polinucleótido b). Reivindicación 2: Polinucleótido según la reivindicación 1, elegido entre: a) el polinucleótido de secuencia SEQ ID NO: 1; b) el polinucleótido de secuencia SEQ ID NO: 2; c) un polinucleótido complementario del polinucleótido a) o del polinucleótido b); d9 un polinucleótido capaz de hibridarse selectivamente, en condiciones restrictivas, con uno de los polinucleótidos a), b) o c). Reivindicación 6: Par de cebadores que permita la amplificación de uno de los marcadores tal y como se define en la reivindicación 5, caracterizado en cuanto a su elección entre: -el par de cebadores constituido por los polinucleótidos SEQ ID NO: 7 y SEQ ID NO: 8, -el par de cebadores constituido por los polinucleótidos SEQ ID NO: 9 y SEQ ID NO: 10, -el par de cebadores constituido por los polinucleótidos SEQ ID NO: 11 y SEQ ID NO: 12, -el par de cebadores constituido por los polinucleótidos SEQ ID NO: 13 y SEQ ID NO: 14, -el par de cebadores constituido por los polinucleótidos SEQ ID NO: 15 y SEQ ID NO: 16, -el par de cebadores constituido por los polinucleótidos SEQ ID NO: 17 y SEQ ID NO: 18, -el par de cebadores constituido por los polinucleótidos SEQ ID NO: 19 y SEQ ID NO: 20, -el par de cebadores constituido por los polinucleótidos SEQ ID NO: 21 y SEQ ID NO: 22, y -el par de cebadores constituido por los polinucleótidos SEQ ID NO: 23 y SEQ ID NO: 24. Reivindicación 11: Procedimiento de detección de la resistencia o de la sensibilidad de una planta al pulgón Aphis gossypii y/o de la resistencia a la transmisión viral por dicho pulgón, caracterizado en cuanto a la determinación de la forma alélica del gen Vat presente en la mencionada planta. Reivindicación 16: Planta transgénica genéticamente transformada por un polinucleótido según una de las reivindicaciones 1 o 2.
