Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Medio de cultivo selectivo para el aislamiento y/o detección temprana de especies del género Streptococcus, caracterizada por contener una mezcla de sustancias de origen proteico con un contenido de nitrógeno de 10 a 14% seleccionadas dentro del grupo consistente en autolizado o hidrolizado de levadura Sacharomyces cerevisiae, extracto de corazón de res, hidrolizado de sangre bovina, hidrolizable enzimático de proteínas lácteas, hidrolizable enzimático de proteínas del frijol de Soya, hidrolizado enzimático de músculo de corazón de res e hidrolizado enzimático de tejido animal y que contiene además inhibidores de microorganismos Gram negativos, y una mezcla de sustancias orgánicas e inorgánicas. Reivindicación 9: Medio de cultivo según la reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque sustancias inhibidoras del crecimiento de organismos Gram negativos, que son seleccionados preferiblemente dentro de las sales de talio y el ácido nalidíxico. Reivindicación 10: Medio de cultivo según al reivindicación 1, caracterizada una mezcla de sustancias orgánicas e inorgánicas seleccionadas del grupo consistente en compuestos cromogénicos y/o fluorogénicos degradables bajo la acción de enzimas de al menos una de los organismos a identificar, sales de metales trivalentes y aminoácidos aromáticos. Reivindicación 11: Medio de cultivo según la reivindicación 10, caracterizada porque la mezcla de compuestos cromogénicos y/o fluorogénicos degradables bajo la acción de enzimas de al menos uno de los organismos a identificar, son seleccionados preferiblemente entre el p-nitrofenilfosfato sal disódica, de 0,2 a 0,8 g/L, x-glu (5-bromo-4-cloro-3-indolil-betaDglucopiranósido), Mu-glu (4-Metilumbeliferil betaD-glucopiranosido), Salmon-glu (6-cloro-3-indolil-betaDglucopiranósido) de 0,05 a 0,4 g/L y x-gluc (5-bromo-4-cloro-3-indolil-betaDglucuronido sal de ciclohexilamonio), Magneta-Gluc (5-bromo-6-cloro-3-indolil-betaDglucuronido sal de ciclohexilamonio) y MUG (4-Metilumbeliferil betaD-glucuronido trihidrato) de 0,05 a 0,2 g/L. Reivindicación 12: Medio de cultivo según la reivindicación 10, caracterizada porque dentro de la mezcla de sustancias orgánicas e inorgánicas y particularmente dentro de los indicadores de desaminación se emplea preferiblemente citrato férrico-amónico en cantidades de 0,5 a 1,0 g/L. Reivindicación 13: Medio de cultivo según la reivindicación 10, caracterizada porque dentro de la mezcla de sustancias orgánicas e inorgánicas y particularmente entre los aminoácidos aromáticos se emplean triptófano y fenilalanina como marcadores de Proteus mirabilis en cantidades de 1 a 2 g/L.
