Abstract

Se refiere a un nuevo procedimiento para la preparación de (S)-Pantoprazol con la utilización de un complejo de circonio quiral o de un complejo de hafnio quiral. Reivindicación 1: Un procedimiento para la preparación de (S)-Pantoprazol en forma enantioméricamente pura o enantioméricamente enriquecida mediante la oxidación de 5-difluormetoxi-2-[(3,4-dimetoxi-2-piridinil)metiltio]-1H-benzimidazol, caracterizado porque la oxidación se realiza en presencia de un complejo de circonio quiral o de un complejo de hafnio quiral.
