Abstract
Procedimiento para la obtención de un ácido dicarboxílico de la fórmula (1) en donde x: es igual a 6 ó 8 partiendo de ácido acrílico, que comprende: a) se hace reaccionar un diéster de ácido dicarboxílico de la fórmula (2) en donde x es igual a 6 ó 8; y R1, R2 significan, independientemente, alquilo con 1, 2, 3 y 4 átomos de carbono, arilo, heteroarilo, y pueden ser radicales iguales o diferentes; con ácido acrílico, obteniéndose un ácido dicarboxílico de la fórmula (1) y una mezcla de ésteres de ácido acrílico de la fórmula C2H3-COOR1 y C2H3-COOR2 en donde R1 y R2 tienen los significados indicados: b) se separa el ácido dicarboxílico de la fórmula (1) obtenido en la etapa a) de la mezcla de reacción obtenida en la etapa a); c) se dimerizan los C2H3-COOR1, C2H3-COOR2 o sus mezclas obtenidos en la etapa a), obteniéndose diésteres de ácido n-butenodicarboxílico, y d) se disocian los diésteres de ácido dicarboxílico obtenidos en la etapa c) en al ácido dicarboxílico correspondiente de la fórmula (1).Process for obtaining a dicarboxylic acid of the formula (1) wherein x: is equal to 6 or 8 starting from acrylic acid, comprising: a) a dicarboxylic acid diester of the formula (2) is reacted where x is equal to 6 or 8; and R1, R2 independently mean alkyl with 1, 2, 3 and 4 carbon atoms, aryl, heteroaryl, and can be the same or different radicals; with acrylic acid, obtaining a dicarboxylic acid of the formula (1) and a mixture of acrylic acid esters of the formula C2H3-COOR1 and C2H3-COOR2 wherein R1 and R2 have the indicated meanings: b) the dicarboxylic acid is separated from the formula (1) obtained in step a) of the reaction mixture obtained in step a); c) the C2H3-COOR1, C2H3-COOR2 or their mixtures obtained in step a) are dimerized, obtaining diesters of n-butenedicarboxylic acid, and d) the diesters of dicarboxylic acid obtained in step c) are dissociated into the corresponding dicarboxylic acid of the formula (1).
