Abstract
Compuestos que son adecuados como medicamentos anti-arrítmicos con un componente cardioprotector para la profilaxis del infarto y el tratamiento del infarto, y para el tratamiento de la angina de pecho. También inhiben preventivamente los procesos patofisiológicos asociados con el desarrollo de danos inducidos por la isquemia, especialmente en la activación de arritmias cardíacas inducidas por la isquemia. Reivindicación 1: Una pentafluorosulfanilbenzoilguanidina de fórmula (1) y / o (2) en las que R1 es un átomo de H, un grupo alquilo que tiene 1, 2, 3, o 4 átomos de C, un grupo alcoxi que tiene 1, 2, 3, o 4 átomos de C un átomo de F, un átomo de Cl, un átomo de Br, un átomo de I, un grupo CN, un grupo NR10R11, un grupo -Op-(CH2)n-(CF2)o-CF3 o un grupo -(Som)q-(CH2)r-(CF2)s-CF3; R10 y R11 son, independientemente uno de otro, un átomo de H, un grupo alquilo que tiene 1,2,3,o 4 átomos de C, o un grupo -CH2-CF3; m es 0,1 o 2; n, o, p, q, r, y s son, independientemente uno de otro, 0, o 1, R2 es un átomo de H, F, Cl, Br, I, un grupo CN, un grupo -SO2CH3, un grupo -(SOh)z-(CH2)k-(CF2)1-CF3, un grupo alquilo que tiene 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 o 6 átomos de C, un grupo cicloalquilo que tiene 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 u 8 átomos de C, en los que 1,2,3 o 4 átomos de H se pueden reemplazar con átomos de F; h es 0, 1 o 2; z es 0 o 1; k es 0, 1, 2, 3, o 4; 1 es 0 o 1; o R2 es un grupo -(CH2)t-fenilo o un grupo -O-fenilo, que está sin sustituir o sustituido con 1, 2, o 3 radicales seleccionados del grupo que consta de un átomo de F, Cl, Br, I, un grupo -Ou-(CH2)v-CF3, un grupo alcoxi que tiene 1, 2, 3, o 4 átomos de C, un grupo alquilo que tiene 1, 2, 3, o 4 átomos de C, y un grupo -SO2CH3; t es 0, 1, 2, 3, o 4; u es 0 o 1; v es 0, 1, 2 o 3; o R2 es un grupo -(CH2)w-heteroarilo, que está sin sustituir o sustituido con 1, 2, o 3 radicales seleccionados del grupo que consta de un átomo de F, Cl, Br, I, un grupo -Ox-(CH2)y-CF3, un grupo alcoxi que tiene 1, 2, 3, o 4 átomos de C, y un grupo alquilo que tiene 1, 2, 3, o 4 átomos de C, y un grupo -SO2CH3; w es 0, 1, 2, 3 o 4; x es 0 o 1; y es 0, 1, 2, o 3; R3 y R4 son, independientemente uno de otro, un átomo de H o F; y sus sales farmacéuticamente aceptables.
