Abstract

Un proceso para producir clínker de cemento Portland a baja tempertura fijando el azufre producido por la quema del combustible de coque con alto contenido de azufre. La presente describe ademá un clínker de cemento Portland que comprende nuevas fases adicionales. Reivindicacion 1: Un método para producir clínker de cemento Portland a baja temperatura que comprende las etapas de: a) preparar una harina cruda en base al Factor de saturacion de Cal (SFC), el Modulo de Sílice (MS) y el Modulo de Alumina (MA) y al ajuste de finura de la mezcla cruda, siendo el FSC menor de 1, el MS de 2 a 3 y el MA de 0 a 3, y el ajuste e finura debe ser de aproximadamente 80% de la finura en una malla N degree 200 (aproximadamente 75 micras); b) alimentar la harina cruda; c) precalentar la harina cruda; d) calcinar la harina cruda precalentada; e) sintetizar la harina cruda calcinada para producir el clínker de cemento Portland; y f) enfriar el clínker e cemento; caracterizado el proceso porque los modulos de control de la etapa a) de preparacion de la harina cruda están basados en el contenido de azufre del combustible solido que será quemado y fijado en la harina cruda calcinada; en donde la harina cruda no comprend compuestos sulfatados, pero se anade un agente promotor de la formacion de la fases del clínker en la harina cruda antes del paso b) de alimentacion; y se controlan los parámetros de operacion del horno siguientes: tiempo de resistencia de la harina cruda dentro del horno; SO3 y O2 a la entrada del horno paraasegurar la oxidacion del compuesto de azufre aportado por el combustible con un contenido de azufre de al menos 6,5%; CO en la entrada del horno menor o iguual a 500 p.p.m.; y temperatura dentro del horno de alrededor de 1250 a 1300 degree C; para permitir la fijacion elevada, sino es que total, el azufre generado por la quema del combustible solido en la harina cruda calcinada como CaSO4 para formar nuevas fases adicionales. Reivindicacion 6: Un clínker de cemento Portland producido a baja temperatura por medio de la quema de coque de petroleo con un contenido de azufre dde al menos 6,5% y sin el uso de compuestos sulfatados como componentes de la harina cruda, que comprende las fases siguientes: C3S; C2S; C3A; C4AF; caracterizado el clínker por la formacion de las nuevas fases: C4A3S; y CS.
